In 2013, OpenTable purchased the RezBook venture and capabilities from Urbanspoon.

On Jan 12, 2015, Urbanspoon was acquired by Zomato for $55M.

In January 2015, Urbanspoon was acquired by Zomato.

In October 2015 Zomato-Urbanspoon ceased all U.S. operations.
