To use Foursquare on these devices, download the free app. After creating an account, you get to enjoy the app's features that help you discover and share information about businesses and attractions around you. Every time you use Foursquare, you share information about the community to your friends, and this information is used to give recommendations.
Users have the opportunity to promote local updates using Foursquare. The new feature for sending updates that allow your business to engage with people who previously checked into your location and are close. You can send updates to a Foursquare user’s feed about specials, coupons, deals, announcements, and other relevant information using this feature.
