White House Press Secretary Declares Trump's Tweets as Official Statement

According to this article, Trump’s tweets maybe used in the high court’s argument against Donald Trump social media ban. In an interview, the White House press secretary Sean Spicer stated that Donald Trump’s tweets are official statement. It is assumed that since the tweets were made when Trump was occupying the office, his use of twitter or social media in general was presumed to be official. However, Spicer did not clarify on whether he meant tweets from @POTUS, @realDonaldTrump or both. Spicer further indicates that Trump’s tweets could not always go hand in hand with his government activities as he could at times criticize some key departments in his government. It is further reported that the constant critique of Trump’s use of social media has transformed his tweeting activities into a success. An example is given of his government official who dedicated their efforts on infrastructure rebuilding. However, Trump had to destruct people from the message and briefings by admonishing mainstream media and forceful travel ban to some countries.
