This article explores the events that followed the deactivation of Donald Trump’s Twitter account by a rogue customer support employee on their last day at work. The account was then offline for about 11 minutes which seemed short, but had a great impact on the entire public because Twitter users that were visiting the page would see a message that read: "Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!". It is therefore, important to acknowledge that Trump has a great effect on Twitter because that one instance brought into perspective different opinions, especially regarding the security situation of Twitter citing that globally, it is regarded as a source of information. Additionally, Donald Trump, through @realDonaldTrump has tweeted more than 36,000 times, but going with how prominent people’s accounts have been suspended, Trump’s was allegedly by an employee. The public expressed different reactions from being confused and concerned about how fragile Twitter is.
